Made To Remain Unbroken

I am a child of destiny because I believe in destiny. We were all born to win though our experiences and paths are different. I believe no matter how hard life may have dealt with and maybe dealing with us, God trusts us enough and has confidence enough in us to permit our circumstances.
The manufacturer is not afraid of the tests his creation may be put to because he knows the quality of material and time spent to produce his masterpiece. You are God’s masterpiece, you are His creation. God is a sagacious and astute businessman. He always makes a profit never a loss. Come to think of it He gave his only begotten son that we all may be called the sons of God. Because of the huge investment he has made in your life he has the right to demand dividends.

He created you in His image, gave you the breath of life, talents, gifts, strength, wisdom, knowledge, friends, family, et cetera and like any shrewd businessman, He does not invest for investment sake but for-profit and expansion of His kingdom. Have you taken the time to find out why you are blessed than others? If you find out you will discover that it’s not just about you and your family padding up your level of comfort but something bigger and greater.

Although every child of God is destined for greatness I still believe some people are specifically chosen by God to fulfill a particular assignment based on the demands of the time and the season. For example, John the Baptist was chosen to herald the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ and the manufacturer made sure he had the qualities that will enable him to fulfill his assignment; he was arrayed in a “camel’s hair” garment, secured by a leather belt, and his diet was locusts and wild honey.

Our temperament, desires, likes, and dislikes are not accidental they were carefully nit together to help us fulfill the purpose of the manufacturer. Like clay on the potter’s wheel, we have to allow the master potter to prepare and mold us into the vessels he desires. Before the potter sets out to create anything at all he must first determine what use the creation would be put to and where his creation will stand.
These two determinations will inform the potter about the kinds of materials to use in the process of creation. The kind of material required for vessels that will stand in the Palaces of Kings and museums will not be the same as that required for vessels for everyday use. The first thing the potter does after the right material has been identified is to soak the entire clay material in water.

Are you baptized by the Holy Spirit? Let him that has ears hear what the Spirit of the Lord is saying.

When the clay is taken out of the water, its state is slippery and unstable. At this stage, the clay can easily be marred or fall off from the potter’s hand but the potter has the patience to pick it up and add it to the other piece that remained on the potter’s wheel.
To stabilize the clay the potter intentionally exposes it to continuous heating and cooling for a period of time. When he is certain this has been achieved, the potter now goes ahead the form the object he has determined.

There is no clay that is ready to go to the marketplace until it has passed through the fire. The fire is where plates, cups, and jewelry are made. If you are going through fire in life it means you are being prepared to be launched to the marketplace.
The greater the fire, the stronger the object. The greater the fire, the more powerful the object. The manufacturers do not want the clay object to misrepresent them so they allow the object to stay longer in the fire. They don’t want the object to get to the place of standing and break down. The reason you have stayed longer in your fire is that you are not an ordinary clay object, the longer the fire, the more unique, the longer the fire the more penetrative, the longer the fire the more flexible, the longer the fire the more resilient.

The next stage after the fire is decoration. To decorate the clay object the potter uses a sharp edge, normally something that cuts because he has to penetrate the object to create some beautiful patterns on it. But who wants a knife on the body? But the beauty about this is that when he is through with this everybody admires the object and will pay any amount for it.
After the decoration, the manufacturer puts his seal of approval on the object. This makes the object unique from other objects being sold at the marketplace. This seal of approval is the trust and confidence imposed on the object by the manufacturer because he knows what has gone into the production of the object. This object can now stand in the palaces of Kings, Embassies of Nations, and Museums and not breakdown.

Don’t run away from the fire but allow the potter to release you majestically after you have received the seal of approval and your buyer has come. Never forget;

The greater the fire, the more powerful the object.
The greater the fire, the more penetrating the object.
The greater the fire, the more flexible the object.

War With Your Words

What have you put in your atmosphere today and what is going on in your mind?

You may be having the brightest smiles on your face but only you know how much you cry in the quite chambers of your soul when you’re alone.

Thoughts of doubt and fear that terrorizes and paralysis you night and day unceasingly. Some go through live wishing circumstances were different whilst others effect the changes they want to see. Which do you want to be known for?

I don’t know where you are in life or your present circumstances but one thing I know is that no situation is too hard to cause God to break His word. He is the unchangeable changer; the God of all impossibilities. God specializes in the impossibilities of life but there are rules by which the hand of God must be engaged to intervene in the affairs of man.

The world and all around you is voice activated. The trees, cars, houses, earth, sun and moon, wind, waves etc. have ears. When you go to God with an issue the issue is exacerbated because He has already told you what to do by His word. Real intercessors develop the capacity to go to heaven, copy the blue prints and come back to the earth and decree and declare on the earth as it is in heaven.

Warring with the word is persistency and consistency in bringing the earth into divine alignment with the activities of heaven. It is then and only then is the will of the father fulfilled because the whole earth is out of course and groaneth awaiting the manifestation of the sons of God. The true sons of God do not war with the sword but war all the same but with words. The tongue of the matured is like a fortified city whose gates are strategically manned; no careless words go unchecked.

It may interest you to know that it was not the piece of rock of David that killed Goliath, it was his words. Listen to what he said;

“This day the Lord will deliver you into my hands and I’ll strike you down and cut off your head. This very day I will give the carcasses of the Philistine army to the birds and the wild animals and the whole world will know that there’s a God in Israel”

David declared and made the outcome clear. When you declare you make it clear. David declared to Goliath and it stood, what have you declared to your situation? We don’t just declare positive and beautiful words to satisfy the ego of men but we declare what God has already decreed in the annals of eternity. You don’t have to worry about what to say or decree or declare, speak His word back to Him.

Say; I will not die prematurely for it is written no weapon developed against me shall prosper and I condemn any tongue that rises in judgment against the will of God for my life.

Speak God’s word back to Him and enforce it over the head of all the enemies of Zion. Don’t keep your mouth shut for a closed mouth equals a closed destiny. Open your mouth and cause a change.

Watch your thoughts; for they become words. Watch your words; for they become actions. Watch your actions; for they become habits. Watch your habits; for they become character. Watch your character for it will become your destiny.

The Undercover Generation

My heart becomes exceedingly over burdened with sorrow and pain when i hear of the sufferings and injustices that occur across the world. How the simple meet their untimely death through strange and unexplainable circumstances. It seems the good is debased and evil is exalted on high. The border line that used to separate good and evil has been erased and the younger generation can hardly tell the difference.

We have been to the moon and back and yet we cannot live harmoniously with the neighbor next door. We have multiplied our possessions but reduced our values. We have more knowledge than generations gone before us but less judgement. We have more experts but more problems, more conveniences but less time, we have more degrees but less sense. What a paradox of life!

Amidst all these pollution and confusions, there is still a remnant and a generation that God has kept for Himself. I call these remnants the Undercover Generation. These are ordinary folks like you and i, some with no background at all but have encountered God in the wilderness and know what is takes to cause a shift in the realms. This generation is unassuming. You need the eye of the Spirit to identify them because there is nothing about them outwardly that is appealing  yet these are God carriers. They might never come near the pulpit or wear a priestly garment but they know how to hold on to the horns of the alter and cry out for the next move of God to be birthed on the earth.

This Undercover Generation do not take no from the enemy. They disappoint the “dissappointer”, attack the attacker, and eliminate the eliminator. They know how to rebuke the devil, heal the sick and endure hard training.This the generation that will bring back the separating lines between good and evil and stand for good even if its unpopular. This is the generation whose motivation is to please God alone and not fame or money.This generation is not ashamed to pray over their food at the restaurant or in other public places. This is a radical and offensive generation that takes the battle to the gates of the enemy and tarry on their knees until they hear the Father’s voice from heaven. A generation that will not cower or faint in the face of opposition but hold on firmly to the values and principles of the Kingdom even to their demise. This Undercover Generation looks vulnerable on the outside but are fierce and uncompromising in spiritual warfare and understand the rules of engagement, they do not bow to any authority except the one established by God.

Everybody Has Something

Nature never created a failure, all failures are man-made! This was a striking statement for me the first time i came across it. But why is this so, I began to inquire; What about those who through no fault of theirs end up in the most tragic of circumstances or situations. For example, those unfortunately born blind or deaf or with one kind of disability or the other. What about that? Does this statement also hold true for them too? What could a disabled really do or what could someone of very limited education or born in abject poverty really accomplish in life? Well, I had my doubts just as you now have yours as to the validity or practicality of such an “extravagant” claim but now I believe without any shadow of doubt whatsoever that there is no one useless or good for nothing. I agree it might take some work or training or fine-tuning or digging but that does not invalidate the fact of the matter.

No excuse or circumstance or explanation for failure will be adequate to explain away failure because you can find at least five people who had the same or even worst experiences but still managed to soar above the limitations by refusing to take refuge in their excuses. Men in history have scaled over physical disabilities, lack of education, abject poverty to reach out for glories far beyond their wildest imagination or possibility. I think it will be very unfair if God allowed an individual to the earth just to be a burden to his fellow men. The parable of the talents makes this clear as each of the servants had at least one talent.

The problem is not how much you have but your attitude towards what has been freely given. If you don’t concentrate on how you can multiply what has been freely given to you but are envious of how much someone has, there is no motivation for productivity and creativity. Someone may have five talents but that does not automatically turn your one talent to zero. Don’t despise what you have in your hand and bury it in the ground because you think it’s too small to accomplish anything meaningful.

How much has been dealt with you is dependent on your ability to manage and when you have proven to be a good steward more will be added. There is no barren land, only unproductive people. The grass will always look greener on the other side but you can also be the subject of envy when you cultivate what is in your hands and reach. We need a paradigm shift if we going to walk in the revelation that we are not less than anyone.

The biography of Helen Keller is a challenging one. At the age of nineteen, she contracted an illness that left her deaf and blind for life, yet she was the first deaf and blind person to earn a bachelor of arts degree. She went on to become an author, political activist, and lecturer. She is noted to have said;

The most pathetic person in the world is someone who has sight but no vision.

She proved that disability is not an excuse for unproductiveness and poverty and that mental capacity determines one’s worth in life. Nicholas Vujicic is an Australian Christian evangelist and motivational speaker, who was born with a rare disorder characterized by the absence of all four limbs. Although he struggled mentally, emotionally, and physically and even attempted suicide in his early life, he later came to terms with his uniqueness and rose above the turbulence of insecurity and self-pity, and is now a voice of hope and inspiration in his generation.

He graduated from Griffith University at the age of twenty-one with a Bachelor of Commerce, with a double major in accountancy and financial planning. He is now a motivational speaker, traveling internationally and focusing on teenage problems. He has addressed over three million people in almost sixty countries on five continents; he speaks to corporate audiences, congregations, and schools.

His first book titled “Life Without Limits”: Inspiration for a Ridiculously Good Life was published in 2010. In March 2008, Bob Cummings interviewed him for the 20/20 American television show. He also starred in the short film “The Butterfly Circus”, which won the Doorpost Film Project’s top prize of 2009. In 2010, the film also won two awards as the Best Short Film at the 2010 Method Fest Independent Film Festival. Butterfly Circus also won the best short film award at The Feel Good Film Festival in Hollywood in 2010. He proved that indeed:

Living in self-pity and complaining because of what you think you don’t have that others have will only abort your destiny. Your life’s assessment will not be based on what others have but on what was placed in your hands and what you made out of it.

Arise from the ashes of yesteryears, and receive a new direction for your life. The past may not be what you’re proud of but you can make a new beginning today and change the ending. Cast aside the old garment of dissatisfaction and excuses and put on a new garment of belief in what God has placed in your hands. It may be something as insignificant as a rod, but this rod can overthrow the forces of Egypt and part the red sea. It may be just a cruse of oil but exactly what is needed to pay the debt.

You are not an accident or a co-incident. You were divinely orchestrated and fearfully knit together for such a time as this for a purpose. Lift up your head and straighten your shoulders and stand out to be counted for you were created with great value and potential.

Crying Out For Help!

It can be humiliating but i believe it is wise to admit or appreciate the fact that sometimes we don’t have all the answers to the questions life poses. We thank God for science, but irrespective of how much scientific knowledge has tried for the past century or so, it has not been able to successfully explain away the existence of God or the Supernatural. God is not matter to be proofed in the test tubes of the laboratories. No one has seen the wind before but we see it effects when in action.

Just us you don’t need anyone to convince you of the wind when in motion, you cannot encounter God and not know it. No way!. It is as clear as night and day.

In this day and age when wickedness and cruelty is walking naked on our streets with impunity, no where is safe any longer. America with all its sophisticated security capabilities could not detect 9/11. What algorithm or scientific experiment can explain why every little detail escaped them on that unfortunate day. There are a lot that has happened in history that are yet to be unraveled by experts.

Many are helpless and clueless in the face of life’s questions whilst others look on in amazement because it came as a pop quiz to them; without any prior notice or warning. Whether the writings were on the wall or it came as a pop quiz, knowing how to answer properly is what it takes to turn today’s mountains into tomorrow’s testimonies.

You cannot answer properly if you do not know the mind of God concerning the situation and the controversy that surrounds you. It is not how hefty or muscular you look or how intellectually sophisticated you are;  knowing the will of God is the master key that unlocks the doors of divine wisdom to deal with the situation.

A valley is a low land area in between hills or mountains. A valley most importantly may be a situation or circumstance that humiliates, limits and incapacitates you. Each would have a valley one time or the other if we have not already.The hand of the Lord was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the Lord, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones,

The valley experience can be the boot-camp necessary to build the resilience and toughness needed to succeed in the battlefield of life. It’s part of the process because you will not appreciate the mountain top until you have been to the valley. The experience in the valley is that which builds character in you to sustain you at the mountain top. It is dangerous to be put on the mountain top when you have not yet been to the valley.

There are always decisions to the made especially when we are in the valley. The quality of the decision we make can lead us to the mountain top or cause us to perish in the valley. A whole generation perished in the wilderness because the said “We are not able to possess the land which God has promised”. Why will you choose to perish in the valley when same can catapult you to the mountain top.

Learning to cry out to God for help when in the valley of decision is the master key to turning around one’s captivity. David cried out when he was in trouble and said “Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer. From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I”.

Jabez was in the valley even though he was destined to be at the mountain top. His mother called him Jabez because she said i bore him with sorrow, so sorrow became his companion. But one day he became tired of his situation and cried out for help; (And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested).

When was the last time you cried out to Him. You have complained and talked to everyone else except God. He loves you tenderly and is yearning to hear from you and grant you your request. In the valley of decision cried out to Him who alone has the ability to turn around your captivity. Don’t seek Him after your contacts, connections, money and know-how has failed. Seek Him as the first option and it will save you from many piercings and pain.

May the Lord fill your valley with deliverance and laughter and set your feet upon the mountain top. [Modal-Window id=”1″]

Whose Report Will You Believe?

A report is an assessment or account given of a particular matter, especially in the form of an official document, after thorough investigation or consideration by an appointed person or body. A report can also be a spoken or written description of an event or situation, especially one intended for publication or broadcast in the media.

Reports are very important in our lives because it can help us to identify some root causes of some issues we battling with as individuals and as a nation. A medical report can unearth the cause of some illness you’ve been battling in the body for a long time for the appropriate medicine to be administered for healing. An economic report informs citizens how well the government is using the nation’s resources to expand production, trade, industry and wealth creation.

A report can be generated for any activity in life. All what is needed is thorough observation and investigation on the particular matter. As true as this may be, there are three main reports in life; The Report of Men, The Evil Report and The Report of God. The report you choose to believe determines the outcome of your circumstances and situations. The divine and God ordained instrument of choice in life is the tongue.

“For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned”.

The Report of Men

When you choose the report of men, the forces of nature will limit, dominate and prevail against you. The doctor’s diagnoses and prognosis will determine how long you will live, the economic report will determine the kind of food you will serve on the table and the financial report will determined the quality of your life. In this mode of operation the quality of your life is determined by the opinions, judgments and analysis of men. It is referred to in the scriptures as walking by the senses or sight. Until you can see, smell, touch, feel and taste it’s not real and true to you. You are subjected to and subdued by the elements and such people end up as victims and casualties in life. In this realm what you see in the physical is what you get or happens to you. You can complain, cry and even murmur but there is little you can do to change your circumstances or situations

The Evil Report

This is also called the report of the enemy. Believing and walking by doctrines, philosophies and traditions inconsistent with the revealed word of God is subscribing to the report of the enemy. These are doctrines and teachings of devils meant to divert the path of people and lead them astray by making them blind to the truth of God’s word. That is what he did to our first parents in the Garden.

He said,  “Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?”

The enemy’s number one target is to defile and corrupt the credibility and authenticity of the word of God to you. His assignment is to convince you that what God said is not possible because the facts and figures suggest otherwise. He was able to convince the tens spies sent to the promised land to check it out and they returned with an evil report for they said “We are not able to take the land because the land eats up its inhabitants”. An evil report is a faithless report, a report that does not take into consideration what go has said about the matter. God said “I have given you the land go and possess”. An evil report brings fear, anxiety, doubt and panic to ones life. It reduces your sense of productivity and creativity to inactivity. An evil report causes you to murmur and blame God for your circumstances. An evil report will make an unbeliever out of a believer.

The Report of God

God has designed it in His own wisdom that the just should live by faith. The enemy knows this that is why he is bent on destroying the credibility, authenticity and authority of the scriptures (Bible). Don’t allow anyone convince you that there are inconsistencies or errors in the Bible but rather pray for revelation and illumination from the word; it is the trap of the enemy. The Bible is the raw material for the production of faith. When there is no raw material how can goods be produced. God is a faith God and without faith you cannot contact Him or anything related to Him.

When God’s word becomes the final authority on all issues of your life then you have chosen the report of God (faith). Your confession then changes to agree with God.

“I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, I have the life of God in me and I cannot die before my time, My God supplies all my need, according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus, I am an overcomer because I am born of God, my life is forward and upward only, I cannot be defeated because greater is He that is in me than the forces that array about me” and the like becomes your proclamation even in the face of seemingly overwhelming circumstances or situations. Please remember this: no circumstance is too stubborn to cause God to break His word.

Why Do We Pray?

I can bet you have prayed one time or the other in your life if even you don’t pray now like you use to before. All religions on the planet have prayer as part of their activities. The Muslims pray five times a day and the Jews three times a day. But why is this activity so important to the extent that all religions inculcate it as part of their religious activities. Most of us have not been taught why we have to engage in such an activity, we just do it halfheartedly to fulfill religious righteousness.

Prayer for many is a 911 call which is only activated when they are seriously in need or trouble. This need not to be so. Some even laugh and mock those who constantly engage God in prayer with the fierceness and seriousness that is required to see the birthing of the promise He has made to them. Prayer is such a controversial area of religion that very few want to touch. There are different kinds and types of prayer for different purposes. Many think prayer is just to ask for their needs, that is just the tip of the iceberg. There is more to prayer than that. But why do we have to pray.

Prayer at its very foundation is talking to God. It is one of the ways we Love on God. Unfortunately not a lot of people know this. God is not just a passionate lover, He is Love itself. No one loves like Him. He is the epitome and the personification of Love. He needs some love from His creation too. God is very emotional and a dangerous lover. He told the Israelites “I am a jealous God”, He also said “have no other god beside me”. Nothing stands in God’s way in the pursuit of His lover. Talking to God or communicating with Him is one of the ways we can build an intimate relationship with this wonderful Lover. Ooh how He longs to hear your voice in the early hours of the morning. Like a woman in love, we are continuously on God’s mind. He longs for you to tell Him “I Love You God, You Are My Everything, I Can’t Do Without You, You Are My Refuse and Strong Tower”. Communication is the blood of every relationship, therefore if we love God genuinely we will pray to Him and create the atmosphere to love on Him every day.

We also pray so we can enforce the will of God concerning our families, loved ones, children, friends, career, church and nation. Whether you believe it or not, or aware of it or not, we are caught up in an invisible battle 24/7 and the battlefield is our minds. Just as God has a plan for our lives, the enemy also has a plan for us. The enemies plans may look very lofty and fun from the beginning but he is determined that at the final analysis we will miss it and that he causes us pain, adversity and destruction. May i announce to you that hades has nothing good for its inhabitants, the enemies love toward us is perfect hatred. Prayer is the only means by which enforce God’s will to override the schemes and plots of the enemy. This is why John Wesley rightly noted “It seems God can do nothing for man until someone prays” and why is this so? This is so because the greatest asset God gave to man is the ability to choose, which is  call “The Will”.

God does not override anybody’s Will but can come into the equation of the situation of your life and turn it around when you call on Him through the medium of prayer. That is why He admonishes us “Call unto me and i will answer and I will show you great and might things that you know not”. You do the calling, you do the praying. If you are too big to go on your knees, then you are too small to stand on your feet because he who goes on his knees stand tallest. He molded you in Mama’s womb, loves on you,protects you, gives you breath, clothes you, gives you ability to make wealth, sustains you and you have the audacity to disrespect and disregard Him. Which of you knows what happens when you go to sleep in the night? God woos us by the gentleness of the Holy Spirit  like a husband will woo his wife, to convict us and turn our hearts to Him. He is wooing you right now as you read. He is at the door of your heart knocking gently but will not break the door just to get in when you don’t want anything to do with Him. No way!.

Prayer changes things and people. Fundamentally after creation when God stood aside and looked at the works of His hands we shout out of joy and excitement “It is Very Good”. If it was very good from the beginning the next logical question is then what got us to where we are now? and why all this mess going on all over the world. This is not how God meant it to be, but when we engaged the principles of God in every area of our lives we will experience “Eden” in the mist of calamity and entropy. The laws of God do not discriminate. When a child touches a naked live wire the law of electricity will not say “This is just a child, it is ignorance, i will not function”. No, it will function just the way it would when touched by a fully grown bearded man. The law of prayer is a universal law. When children pray God hears and answers. When adults pray God also hears and answers. [Modal-Window id=”1″]

Prayer Is The Only Earthy License For Heavenly Interference.

The Power Of A Word

Hast thou commanded the morning since thy days; and caused the dayspring to know his place;

That it might take hold of the ends of the earth, that the wicked might be shaken out of it?

Ladies and gentlemen, your mouth is God’s appointed weapon for charting the course of your own life. What comes out of your mouth does not die but hangs in the atmosphere like a cloud waiting for conducive conditions for manifestation. Your mouth was not given to you to eat and talk. Your mouth was given to release words of power to recreate any undesirable. The miracle you are looking for is closer to you than you thought; it is in your mouth.

What you say is important and counts. Don’t be deceived! There are two building blocks of life, they are your thoughts and your words. Nobody can see your thought but when you speak everyone sees your thought because words are thoughts clothed in vocabulary. What you speak today can determine the outcome of your life tomorrow, so be careful what you say in the midst of the challenges and difficulties of life because words to not die.

When Joshua and the Israelites conquered the city of Jericho, Joshua made a pronouncement against the city that anyone who rises to rebuild that city will lay its foundation at the expense of the life of his first born and will lay its gates with the life of his last born. These words did not die to time but hanged in the atmosphere waiting for someone to trigger it for it to come into full manifestation. Thousands of years later a man named Hiel knowingly or unknowing fulfilled this prophecy when he decided to rebuild this city.

What have you released into your environment this morning? Are they words of advancement or you are beating yourself down because of the failures of yesterday. Don’t allow the enemy to waste your destiny rise up one more time and fight the good fight of faith.

One of the meaning of the word “mouth” is translated the edge of a sword. You can cut down anything that militates against you with your God appointed sword. Declare to yourself today;

“Nothing is impossible to me because i can do all things through Christ which strengthens me, the life of God flows within my veins therefore i am more than a conqueror, i am the blessed of the Lord, i am the head and not the tail, i am the first and not the last, i am the favored of the Lord, my Lord supplies all my needs according to His riches in Christ Jesus, i am protected and loved by my heavenly Father”

As often as you do this you will be programming your life for fruitfulness and productivity. Always remember nothing happens until you say something.

The Power Of A Seed

In most fruits the seed is the least recognized portion and yet without it extinction is unavoidable. By the principle of divine order, only seeds have the capacity reproduce fruits of their own kind. There are two category of people on the earth today; Bread Eaters and Seed Sowers.

So many years ago there was a great famine in country where thousands of people were perishing on daily bases. Governments of other nations and humanitarian organizations decided to intervene seeing the situation was not getting any better. Food and rice seeds where sent to the citizens of the country so they could cultivate them to fight the crisis. But instead of the citizens eating the food and cultivating the seeds, they were so hungry that they ate the seeds as well. Your guess is as good as mine. The future belongs to only seed sowers. If you eat your seeds, you consume your destiny.

As insignificant as a birth right was to Issau, he exchanged his destiny and future for a bowl of stew. The birth right at that time was the seed that could earn him dominion in future but he was careless about it. He allowed the cravings of his belly to disinherit him of his blessings.

That’s the power of a seed because embedded in every seed is a potential tree and a forest. So each time you eat a seed you might as well think you have a whole forest in your belly. God has already given each and everyone of us seed or seeds. Where is my evidence;

And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth. (Genesis 1:22).

God said be fruitful, not seedful. God will not command us to do anything if we don’t first of all have the potential to deliver. That will be an injustice. Therefore if he commands fruitfulness and as a logician, it reasons out that he has already supplied the seeds for cultivation. Your seeds are your time, gifts, abilities, talents, relationships, wisdom, knowledge, the list is endless. Anything can be a seed it all depends on your perspective. A problem that others are running away from can be the seed that will propel you to greatness with solved. When everybody was running away from Goliath, it took a shepherd seventeen years boy to cut him down. The battle with Goliath was David’s seed and key to his future. Had David avoided the battle there is a possibility we would not have been still talking about him today for his great accomplishments.

Is there a possibility you are running away from something that could be a seed or a ladder to your greatness? Stop admiring and desiring other peoples stuff and goods and start cultivating the seeds that your maker gave you and very soon others will be watching and desiring what you also have. Nobody is seedless but not everybody is productive why? Because of the false illusion that some people have it better talents, gifts, knowledge and opportunities than us and also because of the price one has to pay in the cultivating period before the harvest. There is no instant elevator to the top everyone has to use the stairs one step at a time.

If you sow today, then you can have the hope of harvest tomorrow, but if you eat your seed today you have nothing to look forward to.
