The Village

Only those who do not know Him will be ashamed of Him.
Sense knowledge stands mute in the presence of the tragedy of eternity.

Deity suffered for humanity. When He was pronounced dead, darkness over came
the earth for three hours. Creation went into mourning, when the Creator became
man’s substitute. The earth quaked; Creation was shaken to the very center by the tragedy
of Deity becoming mankind’s substitute.

The veil of the temple was rent in two from top to bottom; the Holy of Holies was no longer
the home to Jehovah. 1 Cor. 3:16 “Know ye not that ye are a temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?”
Why did Jesus come?
John 10:10b “I am come that they might have life(Zoe) and that they might have it more abundantly”

There are two kinds of life identified in the Bible; Psuche and Zoe.

Psuche is the natural human life we were born with. Psuche operates with the five senses of; hearing, seeing, touching, smelling and tasting. Psuche cannot receive any information outside these sensory parameters; in fact, they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand for they are spiritually discerned. 1 Cor. 2:14. Psuche is the life inherited from the fallen man Adam. This kind of life is terribly limited and an enemy of God. For this reason, Jesus came to impact Zoe; the God-kind of life.

Zoe is the realm of the super-natural, the incorruptible life, the higher life, the life of no impossibility. Jesus demonstrated the possibilities of this life in His earthly walk; He healed the sick, raised the dead, calmed the storm, cleansed the leapers. And he said greater things shall we do, and it is because of Zoe.

This is the reason for the season. This is the end to His death. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have Zoe. John 3:16. This is not an idea but a sovereign declaration of all eternity. Zoe exempts and insulates the receiver from destruction; shall not perish!; this is a heavenly legislation!
This is what Jesus brought to all those who believe in Him. Zoe is your present-day possession if you have received Him.

The other day the natural men exclaimed what manner of man is this that even the wind and the storms obey him!
They recognised that this operation is not obtainable in the realm which they lived(Psuche) but not when one is operating with Zoe. Nothing defeats Zoe. Nothing corrupts Zoe. Nothing can kill Zoe, because nothing can kill God.

You can receive Zoe right now as you believe and confess the Lordship of Jesus over your life.
Walk in this newness of Life. Live and manifest Zoe wherever you go. You have the life of God in you.
